All Accounts on qa8821 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. qa8821 does not support multi-currency accounts at this time.
qa8821 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed and where qa8821 otherwise deems it necessary.

Deposits are credited to your qa8821 Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers and near-instantly for e-wallet transactions. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, unless qa8821's compliance team approves an alternative arrangement for verified security reasons. qa8821 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in the Player's own name.
qa8821 does not currently charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. Players are advised to confirm applicable fees with their payment provider prior to initiating transactions.
Note: qa8821 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion, including but not limited to identity verification and source-of-funds confirmation, regardless of whether a full KYC review has previously been completed.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by qa8821 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Real-money funds deposited alongside bonus funds are typically available for withdrawal prior to bonus wagering completion, subject to the Platform's wallet deduction rules.
qa8821 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to artificially fulfill wagering requirements (commonly known as "hedging"), systematically exploiting promotional structures to generate risk-free profits, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, qa8821 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the Account, and withhold any pending withdrawal.
All bonus funds and free bet credits carry an expiry period, which is specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Unused bonus funds that expire are automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation. qa8821 does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
qa8821 reserves the right to exclude any Player from participating in a specific promotion or from receiving promotions generally, at the Platform's sole discretion. Factors that may affect eligibility include Account standing, KYC completion status, prior bonus history, and geographic location.
All sports bets placed on qa8821 are subject to the Platform's sportsbook rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, postponed events, and Asian Handicap calculations. For mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, the entire ticket is void if any single leg is cancelled or cannot be settled. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome — where determinable — will be settled on the basis of the recorded game server result. qa8821 is not liable for disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.
